Counseling
For people trying to make sense of themselves, their relationships—and the systems they come from.
Individual therapy for adults navigating family dynamics, identity, relationships, faith, emotional patterns, and major life transitions.
Maybe you understand yourself intellectually, but still find yourself caught in the same family dynamics, relationship patterns, guilt, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion.
Therapy can help you understand the pattern, what shaped it, and what you want to do differently.
You may be here because something keeps repeating.
I often work with people navigating:
Family and parent relationships
Boundaries and differentiation
Marriage and relationship difficulties
People-pleasing and overfunctioning
Identity and life transitions
Faith and religious questions
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Repeating relational patterns
My approach is relational, systemic, developmental, and insight-oriented. I pay attention to emotions, but also to family roles, beliefs, relationships, expectations, and the larger systems shaping your experience.
I’m an active therapist. I listen closely, ask questions, notice patterns, offer perspective, and challenge you when something important may be getting avoided.
Therapy should help you understand the pattern—not just survive the feeling.
Religion can be a source of meaning, belonging, conflict, grief, pressure—or several of these at once.
My training in both clinical counseling and Islamic Studies allows us to explore religion honestly and with context when it is relevant to your therapy.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin by understanding what is happening, what keeps repeating, and what you want to become different.
